A Certified Red Seal Master Electrician with more than 20 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and turnaround projects, Stephan Scharfenberger brings a rare combination of technical depth and operational discipline to Hawk EPC’s planning and coordination team. He specializes in QA/QC, estimating, and cost and schedule control—ensuring projects move from planning to pre-commissioning with precision and accountability.
Before joining Hawk EPC, Stephan supported major capital and EPC projects across North America, including the Genesee Conversion, InterPipeline Heartland Petrochemical Complex, and the NWR Refinery Unit 20. His leadership in pre-commissioning, punch tracking, and walkdown verification helped deliver scopes exceeding $100 million with peak manpower of more than 500.
Stephan holds multiple industry credentials, including Master Electrician and Red Seal Journeyman certifications, along with PEC and ICCS designations. His meticulous documentation, troubleshooting ability, and commitment to safety make him a cornerstone in Hawk EPC’s pursuit of zero-incident, on-schedule performance.
