With more than 22 years of experience in industrial construction, S. Ryan Hawkins provides the strategic vision and executive oversight that guide Hawk EPC’s performance across every project. His leadership ensures each client partnership is built on trust, transparency, and results—delivering complex rebuilds, shutdowns, and capital projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

As founder and CEO, Ryan has shaped Hawk EPC’s growth from a regional contractor into a full-service EPC firm with national reach and in-house capabilities spanning engineering, fabrication, and construction. He remains actively involved in major projects, providing direct liaison support to clients and teams to align scope, schedule, and execution.

His project background includes leadership of large-scale industrial installations for Luminant Power Generation and Pioneer Natural Resources, overseeing complex system rebuilds and process reconfigurations that improved reliability and performance. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Ryan holds multiple state contractor licenses and MSHA Part 46 & 48 Trainer certifications. His focus on disciplined execution and partnership-driven delivery continues to define Hawk EPC’s culture of performance.

Professional Qualifications:

Business Administration Degree with Interdisciplinary Minor. 20+ years in the industrial construction & fabrication industry with multiple disciplines.

Education: East Texas A&M University
Bachelor of Applied Science – BASc, Business Administration and Management
