With more than 30 years of experience managing large-scale industrial capital projects, Luis Gomez leads Hawk EPC’s execution of complex, high-value builds across the chemical, petrochemical, and energy sectors. A licensed Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional, he has directed more than $4 billion in total project value, delivering safe, on-schedule, and cost-controlled outcomes in high-hazard environments.
Luis’s leadership spans every phase of EPC execution—from FEL and FEED through construction and commissioning—with a focus on modularization, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. His track record includes world-scale renewable and chemical facilities, green hydrogen plants, refinery rebuilds, and emergency recovery projects following major fire events.
Before joining Hawk EPC, Luis directed engineering and construction programs for multiple global firms, managing both domestic and international portfolios. He holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University. His disciplined leadership and safety-first mindset continue to drive Hawk EPC’s performance on complex capital projects.
