With more than 25 years of experience in industrial construction and project management, Lealon Erwin oversees Hawk EPC’s electrical, mechanical, and structural scopes across all active projects. His leadership ensures every phase—from estimation and scheduling to QA/QC and safety—meets the company’s standards for precision and performance.

Lealon’s background includes project supervision and field leadership across refineries, chemical plants, power facilities, and large-scale manufacturing builds. Before joining Hawk EPC, he served in technical and supervisory roles with Nabors Drilling, Canrig Drilling Technologies, and Hawk Installation & Construction, where he directed complex installations and coordinated multi-discipline teams.

Certified through NCCER and OSHA, with additional clearances and instrumentation expertise, Lealon brings hands-on knowledge and operational discipline to every project he leads. His focus on safety, quality, and schedule accountability continues to drive the success of Hawk EPC’s field operations nationwide.

I am a very detail-oriented person with a questioning manner. It is easy to point out the things that are easy and will work on the project or internal to the company. I am thorough. I always try to identify the problems ahead, in order to address these before they can impact us. I enjoy interacting with the client and understanding their views and desires. I also view myself as a leader who enjoys interacting with and coaching our employees.
