Before joining Hawk EPC, David held technical and HSE leadership roles with General Electric and Maverick Technologies, directing large-scale EPC projects in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, water/wastewater, and oil & gas sectors. His hands-on approach and field discipline have earned multiple Outstanding HSE Director Safety Awards and a Letter of Heroism and Commendation from Hewlett-Packard.

David holds OSHA 30 and MSHA Part 48 Instructor certifications, along with associate degrees in Business and Electrical Theory & Application. His career reflects a lifelong commitment to protecting people, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of industrial safety.
